What is a consigner?
In our case, the consigner is the individual who delivers their items to us.
Is there a minimal amount of pairs I have to consign?
The minimum consignment requirement is 20 items.
What happens if I need my consigned pairs back?
You can retrieve your items at any time by notifying our staff through your tickets and providing the necessary shipping label. Please note that this process may take some time.
Do i need a business license to consign?
No, a business license is not necessary to consign with us. If you are unable to provide an invoice, we will issue an additional contract for you.
Do l get a contract?
Once your items have been authenticated, you will receive a contract through your ticket. This process typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of arrival.
Who pays for the shipping labels?
The consignor is responsible for the cost of their shipping labels. Shipping information will be provided in your ticket.
Do you also take clothing into consignment?
Yes, we accept both clothing and sneakers for consignment.
Do you also take in stores without an exclusive contract?
Yes, during the test phase, this is feasible. If the collaboration proves successful for both parties, we aim to formalize an exclusive contract after a few weeks to a months.
Which items do you accept for consignment?
Only new items in their original condition with all accessories are considered for our consignment programm.
When will sales be paid out?
All sales from a previous accounting period are paid out on the 2nd Saturday of each month.
How do I know which items sell well?
We regularly analyse the data from our partner stores and post interesting models with increased sales potential in #want-to-consign on our discord server.
When can I remove items from the consignment?
Due to our broad partner network and the resulting logistical effort, the items can only be removed from the consignment after a period of 4.5 months.
What happens to my items in the event of damage?
Significant damage will of course be paid for and is fully insured through our partner network. Minor wear and tear (box damage, marks from fitting etc.) are part of the consignment to a reasonable extent and enable high payout prices, as customers have the opportunity to try on the items.
What is the maximum time it can take for my items to be send back?
Processing always takes place at the end of the current billing period and can extend to the following billing period.
